10/09/2012

Google's lead Android engineer, Jean Baptiste Queru has announced that Google has supported the Jelly bean android 4.1.2 for AOSP (android open source project) today. In addition to the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, Google has also launched update for Nexus 7.

Update Android 4.1.2 will bring with it a much needed landscape mode for the launcher, along with some performance improvements as well as improvements to the bug. One of the reasons why Google might have rolled out Android 4.1.2 is due to changes in the chip on one of the seven variants nexus that cannot be supported on android 4.1.1
