Election Day, Google Doodle

election_doodleGoogle seems to want to come to enliven elections in the U.S., because today Google has entered into the spirit of Election Day by offering a U.S. Election Day doodle. U.S. Sports doodle red, white, and blue and represent the voice cast in the ballot box patriotic.

But Google Doodle today is not choosing animation crowded, but more useful. If you click on "Find your voice locations and hours" link at the bottom of the Doodle, you will see something similar to what is in the image below. Note the location of the sound that is registered with the map on the left side. In a highlight in red, you can click through the ballot and see what the candidates are running. In addition, Google is also linked with a social media account such as facebook, or twitter feed to the link which is provided as well.

vooter_doodleAt this point in time, many Americans are pretty much worn by all the political rhetoric filling the airwaves and the Facebook news feed. Unfortunately, the election is likely to be so close that it may take weeks to find out who the winner. However, voting is one of the most important rights for U.S. citizens having and exercise the rights is an essential task that should not be taken lightly.
