Ubuntu Ported to Nexus 7

Ubuntu re-member news, Canonical has been working on Brining Ubuntu for Android devices, and other forms for some time. On Friday, Canonical Commercial Technical Director, Victor Palau, upload a video to youtube of Ubuntu running on tablet Nexus 7

The Google-branded ASUS-manufactured Nexus-7 packs in 1GB of RAM, quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC, Wi-Fi and a 7-inch screen despite the low price point.

Display of the video is quite short, because only in the duration of about 21 seconds, but it shows the Nexus 7 Ubuntu Unity desktop interface runs without any issues. Canonical will lauch further information about Ubuntu on Nexus 7 on the upcoming Ubuntu developer Summit to be held in Copenhagen later this year. and hopefullly made new Ubuntu is getting increaseing world of open source.
